How do I place an Order?
Orders can be made in store at our showrooms or online.
Is everything you sell on the website?
No. We have access to many thousands of products from all leading bathroom manufacturers. Please make contact if you need to something in particular.
Can I order bespoke or personalised items Online?
Only registered trade customers would be able to order such products online. Due to longer lead times and different returns procedures imposed on us by product manufacturers, we find it better to have a face to face consultation when ordering personalised and bespoke items. It saves a lot of potential problems.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to mainland England Wales or Scotland.
How quickly will I get my delivery?
This will depend on you order. We aim to get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm the delivery date. Most of our deliveries are despatched within 3-5 days.
Can I collect my Order?
Orders can be collected at our main warehouse. Please make contact if you wish to do so.
